Production & Shipping Times

I produce almost everything to order! Production times are 1-2 working weeks with shipping times on top (Royal Mail 2nd Class).   You are buying from a small business.  Everything goes through one person.  I'm proud to produce for you.  It's worth the wait!

I am UK based (Wolverhampton) and am currently shipping via Royal Mail. I will sometimes switch to a courier if it clashes with any Royal Mail disruption.

I offer free standard delivery on every item.  Free delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class or a courier equivalent.  Shipping is NOT TRACKED.  If you need a faster or tracked service, please contact me before ordering and I will quote a price for you.

I only ship within the United Kingdom.  If you are outside of the UK and want to place an order, contact me & i'll quote international shipping for you.


Rush Orders

I can sometimes expedite orders.  This depends on my current work loads so if you need something super-quick, get in touch and i'll see what I can do.  I can't expedite orders without prior notice.   

 

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery.  If you want a different size, no worries.  Get in touch & i'll organise a replacement (replacements are processed on receipt of returned item).  Refunds are issued on receipt of returned item. 

I cannot refund/replace on any custom product.  Please be sure of any sizing before purchasing a custom product.
